The Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and School of Pharmacy are located on 20 acres overlooking Lake Erie.  The new learning facility has greatly expanded space and opportunities for medical and pharmacy students.  In addition to the main campus on Grandview Boulevard, LECOM's campus extends across town through the facilities of the Millcreek Health System (MHS).  Through MHS, LECOM students have access to clinical education opportunities at Millcreek Community Hospital and Millcreek Geriatric Education and Care Center.  The hospital and LECOM also operate twelve ambulatory care clinics in Erie County.
