International Medical Society Dinner
The International Medical Society held its semi-annual dinner on May
5. Those who attended were able to enjoy exotic foods from all over
the world and winners were chosen in four different categories.
The winners are:
Best appetizer: Mrs. Ignatius for Mondu (Korea)
Best entree: Somnang Pang for Mee Chaa (Cambodia)
Best dessert: Inna Kovelman for Chocolate Water Wafers (Ukraine)
Eater's Choice Award: Maricela Ashman for Rum Cake (Spain)
